Medium and High Level Order Pickers
This course has been specifically designed to allow appropriately qualified instructors to set up and conduct RTITB operator training for:
A medium lift order picking truck with a lift height of 300mm to 3000mm
A high lift order picking truck with a lift height of 3001mm and above.
This course covers, but is not limited to, the following areas;
- Controls and instruments
- Starting/moving/stopping and steering the truck
- Hydraulic controls
- Battery care
- Weight assessment
- Accurate Steering in a Confined Area
- Handling laden and unladen pallets
- Negotiating Very Narrow Aisles
- Industrial Racking – Various Levels
- Stacking/destacking free standing racks
